PTOroom Pro is $20 a month and renews on the same date each month at the same $20 until you cancel. There is no introductory rate, no minimum term and no automatic step up in price. If the price ever changes you keep the price you signed at. Cancel yourself from the account page in your workspace, in one click, at any hour, with no email to write and nobody to talk to. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after that.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you just buy an HR suite instead?
If you need payroll, benefits enrolment, onboarding, performance reviews and an org chart in one place, buy an HR suite and do not read on. PTOroom is for the employer who has payroll handled and needs one thing kept properly: who is owed how much paid time off, who has booked it, and what is left. It is priced and scoped for that and nothing else.
